I’m focused on pre-season, not Liverpool, Man Utd interest – West Ham’s Kudus

Ghanaian football star Mohammed Kudus has his gaze set on kicking off the 2024/25 season with club West Ham United despite interest from top EPL clubs.

Reports in England suggest the Hammers number 14 is attracting interest from Liverpool, Manchester United and Saudi side Al Ittihad have joined the frame.

Speaking to the Athletic in the UK, Kudus asserts his focus on the season start with West Ham under new coach Julen Lopetegui, addressing the transfer rumours as normal.

“When you perform at those kinds of levels in a league like this, it’s normal to have rumours and hear about other clubs (being interested) but right now my focus is getting prepared for the new season and then we’ll see how everything goes.”

During his first season at West Ham, Kudus scored 18 goals and provided seven assists across 48 games in all competitions.
