Zakaria Mugeese joins Norwegian side Odds BK

Former Dreams FC attacker Zakaria Mugeese has successfully finalized his move to Odds BK in the Norwegian top division.

Mugeese, 21, arrives at the Skagerak Arena outfit after a two-year stint with FC Ashdod in Israel.

In an official club statement announcing his arrival, it was revealed, “Mugeese will wear the No. 22 shirt and has signed a 3.5-year deal with the club.”

Odds BK’s Sports Manager, Morten Rønningen, expressed his satisfaction with the new signing, stating, “This is a signing we are very pleased to have landed. Zakaria is a young player with qualities we want to have in our squad. It is both a major signing and investment for the club.”

Odds BK is already home to midfielder Leonard Owusu, another former Dreams FC player and captain. The club currently holds the 7th position in the 2023 Norwegian Eliteserien league standings after completing 18 games.
