Odds BK’s Sports Manager, Morten Rønningen, expressed his satisfaction with the new signing, stating, “This is a signing we are very pleased to have landed. Zakaria is a young player with qualities we want to have in our squad. It is both a major signing and investment for the club.”
Odds BK is already home to midfielder Leonard Owusu, another former Dreams FC player and captain. The club currently holds the 7th position in the 2023 Norwegian Eliteserien league standings after completing 18 games.
