“We will beat you” – Tetteh tells Hasaacas

Young winger Samuel Tetteh is confident his WAFA SC side will add Sekondi Hasaacas to their numerous preys at their favourite Sogakope grounds on Sunday.

The Academy boys return home after going down by a narrow defeat at Berekum Chelsea on match day 2. They lost 0-1 in the encounter but are hopeful of building on the fine display that saw them impressively beat Asante Kotoko 2-0 on the opening day of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League.

A confident Tetteh who has one goal to his credit so far has been speaking ahead of the game:

“We are playing home so the confidence is there to grab all points available. We will beat them.  We believe we can do it and will try to execute our strategy to perfection,” he told Sekondi-Takoradi-based Radio Silver’s Kwame Yeboah in an interview.

Hasaacas have scored the most goals in a single match so far with their 4-2 thrashing of new boys Techiman City. Striker Eric Bekoe imposed his experience on the side as he grabbed a brace on the day and will be hoping for better things to come for the coach Basigi side. A source of worry for the ‘ Do Boys’ is their loose back-line which has conceded 5 goals over two games.

The WAFA-Hasaacas match day 3 fixture kicks of at 3pm on Sunday.
