Kotoko’s finishing must improve, I’m disappointed – Dr. Prosper Ogum

Asante Kotoko coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum is disappointed with his side’s recent results in the 2023/24 betPawa Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupines were shocked at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium via a 0-1 result from Dreams FC.

Kotoko have moved to 13th in the league standings, have not won in their last four games, and just recorded their fourth loss of the campaign.

Speaking after the match, Ogum highlighted his side’s attacking woes and asked fans to be patient and support.

“Not happy. Very disappointing result. And our finishing has been bad.

“We dont have the best of feelings after such a game. The players, and ourselves(the technical team) clearly, we are not pleased.

“We hope the fans understand us that we need time and we will keep improving.”

Kotoko travel to Samartex on match-week ten and a defeat might further push them to the relegation spots of the league.
