Hearts attempt to offer October to Inter Allies

Accra Hearts of Oak are eager to farm out South African import Shaun Mason October.

The Phobians who signed the left-sided defender for three years last season recently made attempts to loan him out to academy side WAFA SC but the Sogakope based club refused to accept their offer.

And footy-Ghana.com can reveal that members of the Hearts of Oak hierarchy, this week, placed a call to Inter Allies coach Herbert Addo to offer October on a season-long loan deal.

But coach Addo, who only coached the Phobians just last term is understood to not be interested in discussing the Hearts offer.

Shaun October impressed when he featured in the opening half of his debut season for Hearts but later got frozen out of first team action after the exit of coach Addo.

Hearts recently terminated contracts of some influential squad players of last season but are said to be finding difficulties to let go October without paying compensation.
