Ghana winger Osman Bukari showcased his scoring prowess once again on Saturday, netting his third goal in four games for Red Star Belgrade in the 2023/24 Serbian Superliga.
The defending champions secured a resounding 3-0 victory against Spartak Subotica in an emphatic display at the Rajko Mitic Stadium.
Bukari wasted no time making an impact, opening the scoring just 20 minutes into the first half. With precision and finesse, he struck a brilliant shot from an acute angle inside the visitors’ box, giving Red Star an early lead.
Red Star continued to assert their dominance, sealing the victory before the half-time whistle.
Own goals contributed to their success, with Mihajlo Bogicevic and Filip Manojlović inadvertently directing the ball into their own net in the 24th and 45th minutes respectively.
Osman Bukari’s goal in this fixture brings his tally to three goals and two assists for the season with Red Star Belgrade. The team maintains a perfect record, having clinched maximum points in all four games played thus far in the Serbian Superliga.
