Hearts of Oak have announced new technical appointments, heading into the 2023/24 Ghanaian football season.
The Phobians announced via an official statement Saturday evening on their social media platforms.
The release names Dutch-born René Hiddink as their Technical Director, Sebastian Barnes as the Head of Scouting.
Hearts have also appointed former Bla9ck Queens coach Mercy Tagoe as their women’s team head coach.
As part of the Club Licensing regulations in Ghana football, the Phobians must set up a female team and as a result, Oaks FC has been born.
The Ghanaian giants have also made changes in their first-team technical handlers. There’s a new Welfare Officer in Carlos Klu and Jerry Adjei Asare is the Goalkeepers Coach.
