Official: Las Palmas to unveil KP Boateng Tuesday

Spanish top tier side UD Las Palmas have finally confirmed the capture of Ghana international Kevin-Prince Boateng.

The deal which has been an open secret especially in the past week, was made via an official announcement by the club late Monday.

Boateng, 29, joins on a one-year contract with an option to extend a second season.

Per schedule, the controversial footballer who will be playing in his fourth major European football country will land in Spain at 11:00 GMT for a mandatory medical before an official presentation is made.

The experienced midfielder, who enjoyed a half-season spell in a second stint with Italian giants, AC Milan in the 2015/16 campaign, is scheduled to be presented at the Estadio de Gran Canaria Tuesday at 16:00 GMT with free admission for fans.

Kevin-Prince Boateng is reported to have received late offers from Malaga and Turkish giants Fenerbache.
