Wa All Stars playmaker Maxwell Baakoh is set for a trial with Belgian second tier side Cercle Brugge.
The frontman is bent on taking his career to the next level following a run of impressive outings for the current league leaders of the Ghana Premier League.
“For the trial, I leave everything to God,” he told Ultimate FM.
“I am hoping for the best. I always say to myself [I won’t be coming back to] Ghana when I get there, so God should help me get a better trial and stay there too.
“It really means a lot for me because I have always aimed at plying my trade in Europe and with this opportunity, I have to give all my best and pray to God for a better trial.”
Baakoh netted the first brace of the local topflight this season.
He was the hero of the day as the Northern Blues handed Sekondi Hasaacas a 3-0 defeat on matchday one.
