Wa All Stars are in danger of losing their grip at the top of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League after succumbing to a 0-1 defeat to Medeama SC on match day 10.
Striker Benjamin Bature’s strike 14 minutes into the second half was enough to hand the Mauve and Yellows all the three points at stake in the match officated by experienced referee William Agbovi at the T&A Park on Sunday.
Medeama by the win, move to 9th position with 13 points from 10 games.
All Stars temporarily maintain their lead with 20 points with Hearts of Oak who play arch-rivals Asante Kotoko on Monday May 2 just behind with two points less. A win for the Phobians will see them jump to the top of the 16-team league table.
