Sekondi Hasaacas FC President, Nana Banyin Eyisson has issued a warning to Asante Kotoko ahead of their Match Day 5 fixture of the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier League on Friday.
According to him, Hasaacas are getting better after every week and their draw at home to defending league champions, AshantiGold confirms it.
Nana Banyin believes football is full of surprises and they are in to surprise Asante Kotoko on Friday.
“Football has a lot of surprises. I think with time, the team is getting better so don’t be surprised we will surprise you. It was just a momentary lapse that earned AshGold the draw at the tail end of the game. Kotoko better watch out,” he sounded out on Nhyira FM.
Asante Kotoko are currently 14th on the Ghana Premier League table and held a crisis meeting on Monday to turn around their bad start of the league, hoping to begin with Friday’s fixture but the President of the Sekondi outfit thinks otherwise.
“They must show for us to see they are wounded and eager to make a change, we should see their eyes lit red. If not that we don’t see any hunger from them. We are prepared for the match, the field of play determines the outcome on Friday,” Nana Banyin added.
The Kotoko-Hasaacas encounter on Friday kicks off at 4pm and will be live on SuperSport TV.
