The 4th edition of the National Women’s League expected to have started on the weekend of 19th and 20th March 2016 has been postponed.
According to reports, some of the team’s are having difficulties with the processing in the new registration system and as such the development has called for the change in date.
The Women’s League Board has agreed on a new date for the start of the 2015/16 season to allow all the teams complete the processes involved.
The weekend of the 16th and 17th of April will see the 16 teams from the two zones battle out for the ultimate championship and it’s expected to be launched on the 13th of April 2016.
Hasaacas Ladies were crowned the Champions of the 2014/15 National Women’s League after defeating a very determined Ampem Darkoa Ladies 1-0 at the Tema sports stadium.
