FITNESS SOLUTIONS: Hearts seal $30,000 product sponsorship with Polar

Accra Hearts of Oak have landed a sponsorship deal worth $30,000 with Japanese manufacturers, Polar Electro.

The deal, which footy-Ghana understands, was sealed last week was made public by the club’s Japanese coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi via his official Twitter page on Tuesday.

“I appreciate Polar Electro Japan for their supplier support! Hearts of Oak is Polar official sponsored team,” he posted.

Polar is a Japanese company which is into the manufacturing of Sports equipment which focuses on ‘Everything from improving an athlete’s sports performance to helping people enjoy a healthier lifestyle, and aiding rehabilitation and weight management.’

The partnership with the former Ghanaian champions has no cash component but is strictly product-based and said to be worth up to $30,000.

Hearts have already taken delivery of the first batch of equipment which Footy-Ghana understands is mainly products that will help in working on the fitness of the team ahead of the 2015/16 season.
