For Samartex, who have been busy with continental football this season, gaffer Nurudeen Amadu started Lord Hillary Adabo in midfield.

The game looked even for the first half with both teams creating few glaring opportunities to earn a victory.

After the break, Samartex goalkeeper Kofi Baah was called to duty in some key moments, holding on to a clean sheet.

Collins Boah of Dreams FC, on the 70th minute, after a reckless tackle was sent off.

Regardless having a man down, Dreams still held Sarmatex to a goalless stalemate till full time.
