Asante Kotoko has to be ready to win every GPL game, anywhere and anytime – Prosper Narteh Ogum

Asante Kotoko Head coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum spent time off his busy training schedule for an interview with the club’s media ahead of the 2024/25 Ghanaian football season.

The sixth-place finish in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League and the failure to clinch the MTN FA Cup is one error that the Reds will seek to avert in the upcoming campaign.

For the gaffer, Kotoko’s first game against Karela United in the top-flight league is a good start with respect to their title ambitions.

“We have to be ready to play any of these teams at anytime, anywhere, we should be able to play them and get the results.”

“Last season we could not get some key victories at home and it affected us in our title chase. This is something we want to change and it begins from our first match, whether home or away.”

After Karela, the Reds host Nsoatreman before their games against Young Apostles, Berekum Chelsea and Accra Lions.
