Ghana playmaker Mohammed Kudus has asserted their total focus on a victory against Mozambique in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The men’s senior national side recorded a 2-2 pulsating draw against Egypt in their second group B on Thursday after losing 2-1 to Cape Verde.
This leaves the Black Stars with just a point, heading into their last group clash against the Os Mambas and Kudus admits the need to win and qualify for the knockout stage.

“It is a mixed feeling because an impact like this, you would want the three points but we have to move on and focus on the next game.
“I was doing my best and as you could see, I was fit and thankfully, I was able to help the team and like I said, it was a disappointing result because we wanted the three points.
“Everyone gave their best but we have to focus on the next game. We will go all out for the three points in the next game and that is the focus,” he added.
The game between Ghana and Mozambique is on Monday at the Alhassan Ouattara Olympic Stadium.
