2023/24 Caf CC: Debutants Dreams FC held to draw in first leg at Milo FC

Dreams FC held Guinean side Milo FC De Kankan to a 1-1 draw in their opening leg match of the 2023/24 Caf Confederation Cup preliminary round in a thrilling encounter at the Stade Général Lansana Conté on Saturday.

The ‘Still Believe’ side made a promising debut on the continental stage, showcasing their determination and skill.

Signaling their intent to make a mark, the Ghana FA Cup champions took control of the match early on, with young forward Gael Aholou finding the back of the net in the 32nd minute.

As the game progressed, Dreams FC continued to press forward and appeared poised to secure a memorable victory away from home. The resilience of the team was evident as they held onto their lead, displaying a strong defensive effort against their Guinean counterparts.
