Asante Kotoko have announced the addition of Boudjadi Nazim Mohamed Islam to the club’s technical team as Video Analyst.
The Algerian becomes the latest member of the new-look backroom of the Porcupine Warriors ahead of the 2022/23 season.
Kotoko worked without a Video Analyst as they won the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League under the tutelage of head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum who resigned after the season.
After appointing Burkinabe Seydou Zerbo as new head coach with Abdulai Gazale as his assistant for the 2022/23 season, Kotoko’s management have found it necessary to appoint a Video Analyst in Nazim.
He becomes the second to be recruited for that role in the club’s history after Portuguese Bruno Manuel Vicente who was brought in by former coach Mariano Baretto two seasons ago.
“We are proud to announce the arrival of a new member of our technical team, Boudjadi Nazim Mohamed Islam.
“The Algerian will assume the role of Video Analyst,” a notice spread across Kotoko’s socials Monday read.
