The 29-year-old had a stellar first season with the Porcupines but injuries curtailed his consistency in the recently-ended 2021/22 campaign.
However, Gama helped Kotoko to win the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League making 20 outings (1380 minutes) and was expected to join his mates for the 2022/23 Caf Champions League.
But on Thursday, Fabio Gama sealed a free agent transfer to 34-time Bahraini Premier League champions Al-Muharraq Sports Club.
