2022 Women’s AfconQ: Togo’s Vincentia Amedome to referee Nigeria vs Ghana

Togolese referee, Vincentia Enyonam Amedome has been appointed to handle the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between Nigeria and Ghana.

The Super Falcons will be hosting the Black Queens in a first-leg clash at Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.

Amedome – who is on the list of referees preselected for the 2023 Fifa Women’s World Cup – will be helped on the lines by compatriot Sitsofe Abra Agbedanou (Assistant I), Sonia Louis from Benin (Assistant II).

Edoh Kindedji, also from Togo, will be the fourth referee.

Souadatou Djallo-Kalkaba from Cameroon will serve as Match Commissioner.

Fadouma Dia Dia from Senegal has been named the Referee Assessor while Sulaiman Onimisi Ohida from Nigeria works as COVID-19 Officer.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.
