Tunisian giants, Étoile Sportive du Sahel have announced the capture of Ghanaian youngster Abraham Wayo.
The diminutive winger signed a four-year contract to seal his departure from Liberty Professionals who suffered relegation from the Ghana Premier League at the end of the 2020/21 campaign.
Despite the club’s struggles, the 18-year-old was one of the standout players for the Scientific Soccer lads in his first full season in the Ghanaian topflight.
Wayo netted 7 goals and made 5 assists in 32 appearances for Liberty. He won three man-of-the-match awards in the process.
