Goals from captain Sadick Adams did all the damage as Berekum Chelsea stretched further their over three-year home invincibility record in a 2-0 win over Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
The former Atletico Madrid trainee produced two quick fire goals at the Golden City Park which the porcupine warriors had no antidote to. Adams opened the scoring in the 22nd minute before doubling up three minutes later.
Kotoko failed to contain early pressure from their hosts who were backed by a vociferous home crowd.
Coach David Duncan in a bid to save situations introduced Dauda Mohammed in place of young Michael Yeboah two minutes into second half.
An improved second half performance it turned out for Kotoko but that was all they could do with Berekum Chelsea cruding home to a deserved 2-0 victory on match day 4.
Kotoko thus sink to 14th place on two points with Chelsea climbing up to 10th position.
