I can cope with pressure at Legon Cities – Anim Cudjoe

Legon Cities FC new signing, Mathew Anim Cudjoe says he can cope with the pressure that comes with joining his new club.

Cudjoe joined Legon Cities FC on loan from Young Apostles on transfer deadline day for the 2020/21 League season.

He is expected to weave his way into the club’s starting line up and the youngster says he is ready for the task.

“As much as there is pressure, I can cope with it.

“I have played for Kotoko before and been through a lot of pressure so it is not much of a pressure for me.

“I just need to work and focus and anything that comes will be fine,” Samuel Anim Cudjoe told LCFC TV.

The 17-year-old could not join Asante Kotoko on permanent basis after his loan spell.

The Porcupine Warriors showed interest in snapping up the Ghana Youth Star on deadline day but the deal fell through.

Cudjoe has had trials at German giants, Bayern Munich who have reportedly shown interest in him when he turns 18.

Legon Cities FC will open their season campaign against Berekum Chelsea in Accra on Saturday, November 14 at 06:00pm.
