Kotoko need consistency to rise again – Michael Osei

Former Asante Kotoko star and coach, Michael Osei has urged the club to keep coaches and players for a longer period if they have to regain their lost glory.

The Porcupine Warriors have signed nine players ahead of the 2020/21  season’s domestic and continental campaign.

Michael Osei, believes it’s only consistency that can help Kotoko rise again.

“We have always had quality players at (Kotoko). But the generation right now it is always difficult to keep players.

“It is very good to keep players because you need consistency.

“If the consistency is not there, it is always difficult to breakthrough.

“For some time now, Kotoko have not been able to keep players.

“One of the things is also how Kotoko change coaches frequently, that is also not helping the team.” Michael Osei said on Untold Stories.

The 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season starts in 10-days with Kotoko opening their campaign at home to Eleven Wonders.
