Black Satellites captain, Daniel Barnieh Afriyie is aiming for success in the 2020 Wafu-B Under-20 Cup of Nations in Togo.
Currently, the Ghana U-20 side are preparing at Prampram for the showdown slated for November 14-29.
The skipper is confident of leading the team to success in the border country.
“As the captain of the side, I am eager to ensure that we achieve success in the tournament in Togo as well as all the other international assignments.
“We have been in camp for over a month now preparing for the Wafu tournament and our technical team has been of great assistance to us, taking us through our paces.”
The Hearts forward further stressed the team’s readiness for the competition.
“With what I have observed so far, I can confidently conclude that all the boys in camp are focused on the task ahead.
” I am confident that we will return to Ghana with the trophy at the end of it all.”
