The 23-year-old joined Red Bull Salzburg from WAFA SC before he was sent on loan to Liefering to get more playing time.
His stay at LASK Linz is one of his best outings since moving to Austria. He scored seven times and provided same number of assists in 42 appearances across four competitions.
Tetteh has several clubs battling for his signature but he will want to either fight for the shirt at Red Bull or move away for more opportunities.
