South African Eugene Nkosinathi Mdluli has been named as referee for the 2019/20 Caf Confederation Cup play-off round tie between Asante Kotoko and FC San Pedro on Sunday, October 27, 2019.
The match is scheduled for the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi. Kickoff is a 15:00 GMT.
The Confederation of African Football (Caf), in its designation letter for the match, also appointed compatriots Athenkosi Ndongeni and Elphas Sitole to assist Mdluli in the running of the play-off first-leg.
Meanwhile, Lebalang Martin Mokete from Lesotho – who handled Kotoko’s Caf Confederation Cup trip away to Cara Brazzaville in January 2018, will act as the fourth referee.
Winner of this play-off after two legs will automatically progress to the group stage of the 2019/20 Caf Confederation Cup competition.
