Friendly: Niger side Sahel SC beat Hearts at Pobiman

Hearts of Oak were stunned 2-1 in a training ground friendly by Nigerien topflight side Sahel Sporting Club Friday morning.

Sahel, surprisingly opened the scoring in the 25th minute through the spot. Ghanaian Bright Korley coolly beat Richmond Ayi in posts for Hearts.

Four minutes into the second half, Kwadwo Obeng Jnr. pulled parity for Kim Grant’s side from close range.

However, a nicely curled free-kick in the 75th minute by Mouctar Yakubu won the day for Sahel FC, who have been on a training tour in Ghana for some weeks now.
