NC: I’m not resigning, says Kofi Amoah

Dr. Kofi Amoah has vowed to stay put and complete his mandate as leader of the Normalization Committee for the Ghana Football Association.

The business mogul was reacting to media reports which had claimed that he had threatened to abandon the ship over alleged government interference in the exercise of the duties of his four-member team.

“I am pleading with the journalists who always speculate stories which are not true to stop because it will not help the country.

“People are going about saying that I want to resign. It’s not true that I want to resign because if I want to resign, I will just go ahead and resign without saying it,” Kofi Amoah told Accra-based Happy FM Wednesday.
