VIDEO: Dauda talks up Vitesse winter move

Ghana striker Mohammed Dauda says she is hoping to develop into a “world class player” following his transfer deadline day loan move to Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.

The 20-year-old has been signed for the rest of the season from Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht with the Eredivisie club obtaining a purchase option.

Dauda moved to the yellow-blacks basically for regular football after being confined to a reserve role at Anderlecht at a crucial time of his development.

“I’m really happy be part of this big club; very excited to be here.

“I know Vitesse is a big club that loves to develop a lot of talents and I hope to develop more here and become a world class player.

“I’m a very fast, skillful players with goals, so I hope to score a lot of goals for Vitesse… I know it will be tough s I need the support of everybody here,” he told the club’s official media channel in the video above.

Mohammed Dauda, at the time of his signing by Vitesse, was yet to be granted a work permit.
