Extremadura sign Liberty’s Amoh Attipoe

Liberty Professionals winger Emmanuel Amoh Attipoe has joined Spanish side Extramadura UD.

The 18-year-old – who is already training with the lower tier club – has been signed on an initial loan.

Attipoe’s impressive outing for Liberty in the Ghanaian topflight attracted the attention of the Extremadura who also recently signed Gideon Acquah from Medeama SC.

The speedster played 1180 minutes of Liberty’s 14 games in the first round of the truncated 2017/18 Ghana Premier League, bagging three assists.

Attipoe is training with Extremadura’s U-19s.

Extramadura UD also have Sabit Abdulai (signed in July from Spartans FC) and former Dreams FC midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey on their books. The latter is currently out on loan at Villarreal B.
