Morrison played for rivals AS Vita Club before joining South African giants Orlando Pirates in 2015.
The 25-year-old was announced to have joined Chippa United but has resisted the switch amid overseas interest.
Bernard Morrison has been permitted to travel back to South Africa to prepare himself and return for the new challenge on September 8.
