Emmanuel Hammond joins Inter Allies from Lions

Inter Allies have signed Emmanuel Hammond from Kpando Heart of Lions in a bid to strengthen their squad for the second half of the 2017/18 ZylofonCash Premier League.Β 

Hammond joined Lions three years ago after spells with lower tier sides Mighty Victory FC and Bayonic FC.

The striker featured regularly for the Division One league side last season, netting an impressive 15 goals out of 28 matches.

The player expressed his delight at joining the Capelli Boys and added that the move is a career-improving experience.

He promised to work hard to cement a place in the starting team and score goals for the club.

β€œI am very happy to have this opportunity to play for Inter Allies. I am anxious to join my new team mates in training and I hope to work hard to help the club and also enhance my career.”

Vice President Delali Eric Senaye welcomed the player to the club and described him as a wonderful prospect.

He advised him to be disciplined and focus on developing his game. Hammond becomes the first player to sign for the club in the 2nd transfer window.

Hammond joins Dan Amanfo, Nsungusi Effiong and Uwandu Chikezie Alozie as the forwards for the club.

Allies lie 5th on the league log after recording a 1-0 victory away at Wa All Stars – their first away win in sixty travels.
