Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak are set to announce Isaac Mensah is joining Egyptian Premier League side Al Ittihad for the upcoming 2017/18 campaign.
Club sources confirm to footy-ghana.com that an offer from the Alexandria Stadium outfit to have the midfielder on a one-year deal has been accepted.
“We have accepted the offer from the Egyptian club so [Isaac] Mensah will be moving out for a season.”
As at Thursday night, both clubs were thrashing our fine details of the deal which include personal terms for the young midfielder.
“Once we conclude these details, he will be free to leave. His visa and travel ticket have already been secured,” Footy-Ghana.com’s source added.
Al Ittihad finished 8th in the Egyptian Premier League last season.
