Positive results await us in our next games – Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum

Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has assured fans of positive results in their incoming Ghana Premier League games in the 2024/25 season.

Speaking after the stalemate against Berekum Chelsea on match-week four of the top-flight division at the Golden City Park, the gaffer highlighted his side’s satisfactory performance against the hosts.

Kotoko took the lead in the 3rd minute of the encounter through Michael Kyei Dwamena but Zakaria Fuseini restored parity in the second half to end the game at 1-1.

“To me, it was a good game [against Berekum Chelsea] and as you said both teams showed a lot of intensity. It was a good game,” Ogum said after the clash.

“We have played only three games. We have won one and drawn two so I think it’s a work in progress.

“The boys are doing well and so the fans should still support the team and I’m sure going forward we will give them what they want,” coach Ogum concluded.

Kotoko defeated Karela United 1-0 on match-week one and drew Young Apostles at Obuasi in the two league games aside the Chelsea stalemate on Sunday.

The Porcupines have an outstanding match-week two encounter against Nsoatreman.
