Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum rues missed opportunities in Young Apostles stalemate

Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum expressed dissatisfaction in the results againsf Young Apostles in match-week 3 of the 2024/25 top flight league.

The Reds conceded early in the second half from Daniel Lomotey’s strike but fought to restore parity.

Later, Emmanuel Antwi’s strike tied the encounter at 1-1 till full time.

Ogum, speaking to reporters after the game was pleased with the dominance but highlighted the need for better end result.

“We created more chances. It’s good for us and all that we have to do is to make sure we convert our chances in subsequent games.

“We need to emphasize more on goal scoring. I think that’s where I was not impressed and the boys feel the same way too.

“But we have to remain focus on every game and fight till the end.”

So it’s now a draw and a win after three games(outstanding match vs Nsoatreman). Their next match is against Berekum Chelsea.
