Medeama SC Technical Director Augustine Evans Adotey says his club is focused on winning the league title once again.
After failing to defend their success achieved in the 2022/23 season, the Mauve and Yellow are positive ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
He told 3Sports, “If you review my report, you’ll see that we didn’t have it easy. Travelling, playing away from home, and the constant engagement in outstanding matches took its toll.”
With the new season set to kick off between September 6th and 9th, Adotey is focused on the future.
“The past is behind us,” he said. “Finishing eighth last season does not reflect well on Medeama. Our target now is to reclaim the title. By the end of this season, Medeama will be champions of Ghana.”
Medeama will conclude their pre-season camp in Koforidua this week before returning to their Tarkwa base for final preparations.
The new season will see Medeama play their home matches at the new T & A Stadium in Tarkwa with their first match against Accra Lions.
