Ghanaian goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has arrived in Addis Ababa to finalize his move to Ethiopian Coffee FC.
The former Asante Kotoko shot-stopper will undergo a mandatory medical on Monday before signing a two-year contract.
Ibrahim concluded his tenure with the Porcupine Warriors at the end of last season and was initially rumored to be joining rivals Hearts of Oak.
However, he chose to continue his career abroad with the Ethiopian club instead.
Ibrahim is expected to play a significant role for Ethiopian Coffee FC in the upcoming season as they aim for the league title.
The 21-year-old brings considerable international experience, having represented various Ghana national teams in multiple competitions, including the U20 Africa Cup of Nations in 2021, where the Black Satellites emerged as champions.
In the Ghana Premier League, Ibrahim made 69 appearances for the Kumasi-based club.
