Voting for the prestigious Fifa FIFPRO World XI has commenced in Ghana, with the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) overseeing the process.
As the representative body for professional footballers in the country, the PFAG is facilitating the exercise to ensure that the selections of Ghanaian players are included in determining the world’s top footballers.
The Fifa FIFPRO World XI, awarded annually to the best male and female players, is determined exclusively by votes from professional footballers worldwide.
The honor is widely regarded as one of the most coveted accolades in global football.
In the coming days, the PFAG plans to visit various men’s and women’s professional clubs across Ghana to enable members to vote for one Goalkeeper, four defenders, three midfielders, and three forwards, ensuring their voices are heard in this significant global event.
