Ethiopian Coffee SC has announced the signing of Ghanaian goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim on a two-year contract.
Danlad, 21, joins the Ethiopian Premier League side with a wealth of experience, having represented Ghana at various youth levels.
He was a key figure in Ghana’s U20 team that clinched the Africa Cup of Nations title in 2021.
The former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper’s impressive performances also earned him a spot in the senior national team, the Black Stars, during the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
This move to Ethiopian Coffee SC represents a new chapter in Danlad’s career, as he seeks to establish himself as one of Africa’s leading goalkeepers.
