Abdul Aziz Issah: Dreams FC whizkid set to depart club before 2024/25 season

2022/23 MTN FA Cup winners Dreams FC are parting ways Abdul Aziz Issah ahead of the 2024/25 football season.

Head coach Abdul Karim Zito confirmed in an interview with Takoradi-based Skyy Power FM on Tuesday.

The 18-year-old winger played a pivotal role in the club’s success, scoring four goals and providing two assists in the CAF Confederation Cup with their journey ending in the semi-final stages.

Issah is among several standout players expected to leave before the new season kick-starts in September, according to Zito.

“I am seriously preparing for the new season. As it stands, Abdul Aziz Issah, John Antwi, Egyir, Abdul Jalilu, McCarthy Ofori, and Agyenim Boateng aren’t part of my plans.

“We are preparing fervently for the season and we want a good start in the league as well.

Dreams are moving to a new home venue, the Tuba Astroturf, for the 2024/25 Ghana football season.

The club announced via a statement on Tuesday morning.
