Black Princesses coach Yusif Basigi is optimistic that his charges will win gold at the 2023 African Games Women’s football final.
The U-20 female side play Nigeria at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Thursday evening and Basigi is certain that his side will secure victory.
“We are fully prepared for the game against Nigeria,” he affirmed during an interview with Asempa FM.
“Our goal is clear – to win gold. Despite the challenge ahead, I am confident and assure the nation that we will claim the top prize.”
Ghana defeated Senegal 3-1 to book their spot in the final against Nigeria.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 20:00 GMT.
