The Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG), the authoritative collective of sports journalists in the nation, has revealed the nominees for the highly anticipated 48th edition of the esteemed SWAG Awards.
In contention for the coveted Sports Personality of the Year Award are West Ham and Black Stars player Mohammed Kudus and Ghana Athletics sensation James Dadzie, who recently shattered the 200-meter record.
Kudus, the reigning champion from the 47th edition, finds himself in a compelling showdown with Dadzie in what is expected to be an even more spectacular 48th edition of the awards.
Beyond acknowledging the contributions of top federation heads dedicated to the promotion of sports, the gala will extend recognition to distinguished journalists for their enduring commitment and service to the field.
