Ghana international Ernest Nuamah once again proved his mettle by scoring for FC Nordsjælland in their Sunday night victory against Brondby IF.
The 19-year-old forward, who made his return to the starting lineup, not only scored the team’s second goal but also provided the crucial assist that ultimately tipped the scales in Nordsjaelland’s favour.
Brondby had taken the lead in the first half, but a swift equaliser came in the form of an assist by Ibrahim Osman shortly after the second half commenced.
Nuamah then took centre stage for Nordsjaelland, netting a free-kick goal that granted his side the coveted lead. This was his fourth goal of the season.
In addition, the Black Stars forward collaborated with Martin Frese to score the game’s fourth goal, thereby securing Nordsjaelland’s 3-1 victory.
Nuamah, with his tally of four goals after only three games, currently tops the scoring chart in the Danish Superliga. Impressively, he has only started two games and made one substitute appearance.
