In-form Tamale City striker, Sampson Eduku has opened up on the secret to his recent upturn in form.
Eduku has become a fan favourite for the Tamale-based side with his impressive goal-scoring form as the Premier League debutants seek to remain in the league.
The former Sekondi XI-wise striker has 14 goals in the league thus far and is joint top of the goalking chart with four games to end the season.
Speaking with Takoradi-based Empire FM, Eduku credited his recent goalscoring form to hard work in the training sessions.
“What I will say is, it is down to hard work. You need to work hard in training. After the team’s training, you need to have personal sessions to improve your finishing,” he stated.
Eduku is hoping his goals can help the Citizens maintain their status in the Ghanaian topflight by the end of their debut season.
