Dreams FC suffered another home defeat, losing 2-0 to Bechem United in a 2022/23 Ghana Premier League (GPL) match-day 7 encounter on Wednesday afternoon.
It is the second time – after Accra Lions – that coach Ignatius Osei-Fosu have been beaten at their own backyard – the Dawu Park – this season.
Despite being outplayed by the visitors, Dreams went ahead courtesy of forward Agyenim Boateng Mensah on the half-hour mark.
Six minutes later, Bechem levelled up through a penalty converted by skipper Kofi Agbesimah.
Striker Emmanuel Avornyo then ensured the Hunters will go into the break with a 2-1 lead by scoring in the 42nd minute.
And that was the last goal of the game as the two sides played out a barren second 45 minutes.
Dreams FC are showing signs of a team in crisis having now lost four times in their last 5 games.
The Still Believe lads drop down to 14th in the standings on 7 points after 7 games.
Bechem United’s third win of the campaign lifts them to 11th spot on 9 points.
