Hearts of Oak were held to a 1-1 draw at the Accra Sports Stadium by bottom club Elmina Sharks on match-day 25 of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League (GPL).
The Phobians converted an early free-kick in the Easter Sunday afternoon fixture after forward Daniel Barnieh was impeded a few metres away from the penalty area.
And new signing Samuel Inkoom – who was making his first league start after a cameo appearance in last week’s Super Clash defeat to Kotoko – stepped up and scored from the set-piece inside the second minute.
