Ghana defender Joseph Aidoo has signed a contract extension with LaLiga side Celta Vigo that will keep him at the club until 2026.
The 26-year-old has played 17 matches this season for the โThe Sky Bluesโ with extraordinary performances in January earning him the player of the month prize.

Aidoo has played 77 games for Celta Vigo since his arrival in the 2019/2020 season from Genk.
He started his career at now Ghana second-tier club Inter Allies before loans at Hammarby between 2015 and 2017, then signing for Genk in July 2017.

Joseph Aidoo has 10 caps with the Ghana national team, the Black Stars, after winning bronze at the 2015 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations with the Black Satellites.
