The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced German kit manufacturers ZAZ Produkte as the official referee kits partner of the leagues.
The deal will last for the next three football seasons, this was revealed when the GFA launched the 2021/22 football season at its headquarters in Accra Tuesday.
“We are proud to be associated with the Ghana Football Association. Last season, there was a lot of fun with our football but the criticism was the fact that our referees were not beautifully cladded.
“I think a lot of commendation to the GFA for seeking to partner with ZAZ Produkte. We look forward to the upcoming season which promises to be interesting.
“We hope to beautify the leagues through our products for the referees to help in enhancing the bring back the love agenda,” Abdul Bashiru a local representative of the kit providers said.
ZAZ Produkte will provide referee uniforms to all officials who officiate in the Ghana Premier League, the Division One League and the Women’s Premier League.
The 2021/22 football season will commence on Friday with a Ghana Premier League fixture between Accra Lions and Elmina Sharks at the Accra Sports Stadium.
