Seth Osei: Ashantigold midfielder has eyes for only Asante Kotoko

Ashantigold midfielder Seth Osei is eager to continue his career at Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko.

The Porcupines are interested in signing Osei, whose transfer value, according  to the Obuasi-based side, stands at $80,000.

The young attacker has revealed his admiration for the Reds, adding that it’s a dream his father wanted to see him fulfill.

“I love Asante Kotoko. I’m ready to join the club because it is the club I love.

“I have discussed with Champion [Dr. Kwaku Frimpong] of my desire to join Kotoko. My target now is to join Kotoko,” Seth told Pure FM.

“I am a fan of Kotoko even though I’m an AshantiGold player. I am ready to play for Kotoko. I want to wear their jersey to honour my late father.

“I will plead to the Kotoko supporters to make contributions to pay the $80,000 that Dr. Kwaku Frimpong is demanding.

Osei, who started his career at Wafa SC, revealed why he failed to continue his career in Spain despite a great start to life in Europe.

“I started at WAFA SC before moving to Spain to play, Rayo Vallecano, Real Valladolid, Barcelona, and Athletico Madrid all in their academy before moving back to Ghana to join XI Wonders.

“I returned to Ghana because I had an injury in Spain.

Asante Kotoko have already completed two signings in Richmond Lamptey and Maxwell Agyemang in  the current transfer window
